The records comprising this series relate to the inquiry work of Select Committee on Building Problems of Public Housing Units. They include background information, practice and procedure, meeting arrangements, agenda and minutes of meetings, submissions and witnesses, transcriptions and preparation and drafting of the reports.
Among the types of documents contained in the records are: memoranda, letters, minutes of meetings, verbatim transcripts of interviews, Chairman’s briefing notes, press cuttings and releases, evidence and information provided to the Select Committee, reports and specimens of reports.
Included also are evidence provided to the Select Committee, investigation reports, tender and contract documents, procedural manuals and reports on project management, and piling records.

Physical Description

Paper records are maintained on hard and soft cover manila folders and lever arch files. Enclosures inside manila folders are attached using Treasury tags.
Electronic files are stored on standard 3.5 inches floppy diskettes.
